There are a few key points to remember
with any Gel Polish

  • Gel Polish does not like to applied thick, so keep your application thin, at all times
  • 2 coats should do it, if you are having to apply more, mix your bottle more… It’s a good idea to get a clean orange wood stick and move the pigment off the bottom of the bottle.
  • The gel lamp you use matters! You cannot see with the naked eye that the gel is cured 100% just because it is glossy on top doesn’t mean it is cured all the way through and if it isn’t its the gel underneath that won’t be cured!
  •  If you touch the skin and cure it there, the Gel Polish will peel – and more importantly, there’s the possibility it could cause a reaction on the skin, which can lead to an allergy to that product if it touches the skin repeatedly
  • If you don’t cap the free edge it can chip/peel – Cap every coat
